Weinhaus Mayer in Zell (Mosel)

We come to Zell twice a year and every time there is something new to discover, the Hotel Weinhaus Mayer has everything that is in the brochure. We are very satisfied

Wonderful view, directly on the Moselle! Clean, nice hotel!

We had dinner here. The best tarte flambée locally. Friendly staff despite Corona. For us one of the few restaurants that are currently really hospitable in Zell.

We were not hotel guests, only 3 times in the restaurant or in the outside area! The food here was very good, especially the tomato soup! The boss and the staff were all very friendly!

Everything was perfect. The rooms were perfect, great beds, good breakfast and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. We will come back for sure

Wine is delicious, but only cash payment possible ??? We found something strange.

Hello here are the 4 Saxons. We didn't live here, but the hospitality was great. The next time it will definitely be the Hotel Mayer. Many greetings from Saxony.

We couldn't have done it better, we felt very welcome and warmly welcomed. Our week of vacation was great and everything from breakfast to sparkling wine with vineyard peaches was excellent, thanks to Ms. Mayer and the entire team

We stopped here on our stroll through Zell to have a drink and a bite to eat. We ordered lard bread, a cheese platter and a ham platter. Everything was delicious and the service was also very nice.

A nice hotel the rooms are well furnished and very clean even a hair dryer in the bathroom. A great breakfast was everything you had for breakfast. For 3 stars everything was great 👍👍 and the view of the Moselle 😊

Were there today because we wanted to have a tarte flambée as a snack in between. We were served by a young gentleman who was rather unfriendly and only complied with our request for a card payment after repeated requests. We were told that there was no card payment, but we then learned from the neighboring table and other service that this is possible. However, there was no reason to deny us card payments. However, the tarte flambée was very tasty and ideal as a snack in between.

Hotel is nicely decorated, wonderfully cozy. Room was great.

The apartment was very good, as was the room service. The wine sold here is also very good. Keep it up!

We stayed in Weinhotel Mayer for 4 days in June 2020 and had a suite on the 4th floor. The rooms were really great, good beds, very clean and a wonderful view of the Moselle. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The breakfast is totally sufficient. The wines are delicious. We will definitely come back. It was a wonderful day, not least because of this beautiful hotel. Many thanks to all of you.

Nice hotel with small human weaknesses. The Weinhotel Mayer obviously no longer sells its own wine. Three years ago everything still worked and was handled perfectly (including a small thank you). Unfortunately, this year it is no longer possible to pay for wine in the hotel and with a card. Apparently it is about disputes between the siblings. However, these should not be carried out on the customer. The staff themselves were very friendly and always ready for the customer. We also welcomed the new breakfast service without a buffet. Our room was clean and tidy.

Nice place for a quick bite and drink . Great wines .

The place was good, good location, nice room; but the food wasn't very good. We didn't enjoy the wine and the meat was salty.
